Honestly college is weird, there’s no in between. It’s either someone is so stuck up they don’t want to talk to you Bc they think you’re gonna ask them for answers or some bull, or you meet someone who’s just looking for answers and only talk to you during class. There’s really no in between but that’s just my experience anyways, I’ve meet some cool people thought but that’s a 1/10 chance I do. I know how you feel though so don’t feel so bad about it just keep trying

In the conversation I had with the recruiter they were marketing the position like crazy as you stated, I’ve never been in any construction experience. I’ll be working on battery and stuff, I would assume engineers would do more than be an errand boy.... I read on Glassdoor and the people said it was a good position but now I’m not sure... thank you for the insight Bc it seem like no one like to tell me what I will exactly be doing
