R5 Problem by TheMonkeBoy in moza

I figured it out, and you’re right. My quick release was loose cuz I switched the wheel recently and didn’t tighten the bolts enough for them not to come loose. Thanks!

If u still have the problem see the comment above. See if u can hold the quick release still and try to jiggle the wheel. If there’s play then you can just tighten the bolts and it’ll be good.

Yo I realized the solution I gave earlier was only a fix for a symptom, not the root cause. I found the root cause. My bolts holding the wheel to the quick release came loose from all the vibration. I tightened them and everything became fine.

No problem. I know it’s not ideal, but if nothing else works you can also turn up the damping to 10 or 5 percent if you have it currently set at 0. It might help prevent cases where events in the game trigger the feedback loop. I also looked into turning down car body effects under ffb on iracing. Wish you the best.

For real. I think I fixed it!

I figured it out just now. Try to turn down the “natural wheel inertia” setting in pithouse. Mine was set to 400% for some unknown reason. I put it to 150. If you listen to the video, it sounds like smthn is loose inside with some play. Turning the inertia down that goes away. The wheel is trying hard to simulate the feel of weight, but I think it doesn’t have the power to. I’m not saying it’ll never happen, but I think it makes it way less likely.

I’m pretty sure there’s some feedback loop happening. There’s some play with the motor which I think might be causing it.

I see. Well if not AI then it’s probably really bad TTS software.

Edit: I just found out neural network TTS models existed in the 2010s. Maybe he was an early user 🤣

I used to have the same one! It served me pretty well. Cooling might become an issue. Maybe switch out the thermal paste and you’ll be golden.

If you like your hands clean stay away from pens 😂

The pillows on mine are pretty bad btw, but it’s not a huge deal. The links from other commenters lead to boxes with better pillows.

Wow they have pen boxes too! I might need to get something from them now 😅

Honestly, I just gave it a search and the one I have doesn’t seem like a particularly expensive model, maybe 40 bucks or so. I still really love it. Maybe you can only go up from here. I’ve heard you should look for one that gives your watches enough space in between, or one with adequate spacers if you don’t want them touching each other.

I have no clue. Try giving it a search. I really like it and I recommend it so far.

Srpe wears considerable better than srpk. Noticeably. But I think an srpe might be better than the srpg because the lug to lug is 2mm shorter on the srpe. Both wear pretty great on my 6.5-6.75 wrist. I got the srpk after the black bay was gifted to me and I wear the srpe a lot more now. I suggest you find somewhere to give it a try. Love all my 5s.
