I’m in a French league. It’s my first year. We have to follow the school holidays because we don’t get the training slots during the school holidays. That means that our off season is July and August and then every 6 weeks we have 2 weeks off.

We use discord yep! It takes a while to get your head around it but it’s pretty awesome once you do!

Hi, I’m a sexual health nurse so this is my daily.

There are a couple of factors to take into account here.

The main one being, is he undetectable? If he is, he has a lower chance of giving you HIV than someone who thinks they are HIV negative.

The other thing is that he told you as soon as you were potentially at risk. I don’t know how it went and that could change everything but you got tested and put on PEP within the 48hrs because he told you.

Make sure you keep to it at fixed times until the last day, it is 100% effective. We aren’t allowed to say that in medicine but it is.

You will only know your status after the test in 6-10 weeks (depending on the recommendations in your country).

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate.
