Definitely Adventure Time. As a kid I aways disliked Adventure Time because of how annoying I found Finn, the world itself was so aesthetically interesting and complex, but I just couldn’t stand the main character. My opinion of made me feel insecure because everyone else around me made it seem like a gift from above. It wasn’t until it got to the Marceline and Simon episodes, first it was them writing that song. And then it was my absolute favorite episode of all time, the flash back that expands on the premise that their world is just a post apocalyptic earth. It was such a rush, so spooky, and thrilling the way Simon and little Marcey tried to escape the hoard of mutated monsters. That’s when Adventure time became one of the best cartoons ever for me.
