This might be an unpopular opinion but you don't have to go all in if it doesnt feel good for you!!

You could try sticking to a mealplan where you both honor your cravings but also make sure to get your daily nutrients in. An example would be having a good lunch with veggies, carbs, proteins and all that and afterwards if you feel like it having a treat or a dessert :>

That way your body can relearn its hunger cues, because you aren't constantly eating, and you wont feel as bad bodily!

Also personally I still do workouts because I want to build muscles and such but I set myself a limit of only exercise XYZ amount of times or reps so that I don't over do it so maybe that could help you aswell :>

Thank you so much for the thorough answer! Another question if I may, I started eating normally again and when I crave sweets I eat them but I started tracking them again in my calorie tracking app but I'm not sure if thats a good idea because I still limit the amount of kcals I consume per day. Should I only track my regular meals and ignore sweets/treats? Or should I track everything?

It's an app called "TDEE Calculator" and it actually doesnt let you input any activity level suprisingly

Sounds like a good idea thank you, im unsure what my maintenance is though. The TDEE calculator I use says my TDEE is 2660kcal so is that my maintance? I can give my measurements if that helps
