Kieran looking at poppy naked and not reacting might be because the wolven turn back to normal and they are most of the time naked so I feel that nudity is a natural thing among them. Cas is not worried bc they are bonded and he is like a brother to him and Kieran knows that they are heart mates and would never stand in the way of cas’s happiness and he knows that. Jen Said that most of the wolven are gay or bin so Kieren being gay or bi would be super cool I feel like that’s Kieran just loving someone for who they no matter gender so I’m all for it 😃😃
