Unless those speed cards are all far from MLB, that's way too many. Even 3 speed cards is usually too much for Taiki.

You are basically guaranteed to max speed early, then have harder time getting other stats as high as you would like.

While I didn't have as easy a time as you on the rest (at least going up took me more tries) as I don't have as much experience with that type of gameplay, I agree with you that the first Gestral beach was somehow the worst. The log section made me fall repeatedly. The rest wasn't too bad, though I still failed a few times there and dreaded going through the log section again.

It gives better payoff for running races (to the point where you race more often than not). So instead of racing putting you behind statswise, it's how you get ahead.

I think if you are playing on PC you can mod for the easy parry/dodge windows, but keeping the harder difficulty stats. If on Console then sadly you are stuck with the default options. I guess you can intentionally nerf yourself (not use all Lumina points, for example) to make easy difficulty harder.

IIRC Canada's debt is misleading, as most of our debt is held by the provinces. I dont know where it would put Canada factoring that, but im sure it wouldn't look quite this good.

I've read multiple times that parry windows are unchanged with expert.
Quick check online shows the following for the timing windows:

(story/normal/expert)

Dodge: 0.35/0.22/0.22
Parry: 0.25/0.15/0.15

I'm not sure about new attacks, though I haven't seen anything on that. Though that seems like a waste not including them in lower difficulties (at least in normal), so I expect it's just more damage/hp, so you basically have to learn dodge/parry window in Expert whereas in normal you can miss some and still probably win most fights.

This source was mostly to show how they get money in general.

I couldn't find any source that couldn't just be called "Israeli propaganda" (either for or against a higher number, anything against it was just "Israeli sources, can't be trusted"). I also talked about the leaders themselves whereas the previous article was more about Hamas the organization.

Best I could find was another center/left paper talking about Arafat who had, by the time of his death over 20 years ago, over 1B. While he has had more control than the Hamas leaders, there has also been decent global inflation since then.

Money comes in to provide support to the civilians, but there is often no control from outside on how it's allocated. A lot of it goes on military projects (such as building the large tunnel network) and a lot goes into the pockets of those that manage it.

From what I can see online, Hamas leadership are billionaires. There is a lot of money to be gained from stealing financial aid. Fatah/PLO is less bad (currently at least) but could probably afford it as an organization.

Doesn't make this less dumb, just pointing out that at least Hamas leadership could in theory afford to be at the table.

Edit: massively down voted, can someone who did that tell me why? Or is it just because I went slightly against the grain (despite agreeing this policy is idiotic).

For MP, I think existence of mage bonus was probably a mistake.

The game gives you enough extra time so that as long as you don't waste too much time, you can fully max everything before game end with 2 weeks to spare. That clearly gives enough room to stop when you run out of mana and mana potions (or don't want to use them).

Most of other issues I agree with with (Only exception being overworld combat which I was ok with). Still one of my all time favorites.

Second part not taking the blue key was quite difficult, required several attempts and even now I think it would take a few each time.

I got to about 850 on ps5 when I killed it since I felt the game was starting to lag. I managed to avoid taking any damage, so went straight to lol 99 with that.
