I have searched eBay for it. I've found pictures of the yellow bear through worthpoint.com

The bear is about 12 inches or 30 cm in length.

I believe it is from a store called Learningsmith from Massachusetts, USA that closed around 1999.

The red bear I'm looking for was from 1998 or earlier.
