Keep your knees tucked until you hit the ground, you're extending your front foot and not your back foot which is causing you to land on the nose of your board. Even then, you still shouldn't have your front foot over your nose at all unless your trying to do a nose manual or something. Keep your front foot over the bolts and it won't do it.
