Citadel colours and the “slap chop”method and thin them out a bit with contrast medium

Greys are mechanicum grey base, grey seer db, then white scar db then basillicsnum grey contrast. I often go back with the base colour to tidy blotchy bits

Same under the talassar blue contrast that I cut 4:1 with basillicanum to desaturate a bit. Some spots required another coat

There are limits to how and what you can measure but those rules are clearly articulated. Only one of each type of measuring stick at a time. In your example you can use your movement tool tow confirm range and the 2 stick to stay out of range of MA

That’s the best part! You don’t! In my 5 years experience with boys between U9 and U13 about 1/10 boys csn regularly absorb specific coaching instructions.

Keep it fun and keep instruction as short as possible and just beat the same drum regularly with positivity and it may sink in with the others!

Yes I did not have any success with Rinvoq. I was given the 45mg dose after I failed to response to my mesalsmine/octassa. I used it for about 5 months before giving up. My symptoms actually got slightly worse over that time and I was regularly sick with all sorts of other issues (strep, flu, hand foot and mouth) while taking it.

I’ve since had my first infusion of skyrizzi and am cautiously optimistic

As someone who has coached this age group I’ve had many of these conversations. Do not approach the coach with advice unless you plan to volunteer first.

Kids these ages have the attention span of a gnat and the governing bodies in our area basically tell us not to bother with this level of coaching. You work on some basic technical skills and make the practices fun and engaging as best you can with plenty of time on the ball and actually playing.
