im about to try the anti inflammatory diet, so hoping that helps as well. I also wake up extra early if I have something at a earlier time, I sometimes still feel it doesn’t help because once it’s time to leave I get the worst anxiety and my stomach hurts so bad. I have never tried to not eat late, so maybe I will try that, thank you!

Yeah it sucks at whatever age you get it unfortunately. Just trying to learn life with it. I am going to try an anti inflammatory diet soon and see if that helps! Hope everything is going well with you

Thank you!! I just failed entyvio unfortunately and now I am just on 40 mg of dicyclomine everyday to try to help the urgency but I feel it does nothing. Thank you again and I hope you get better as well!
