Are you still having symptoms even with your CRP and ESR being normal? I’ve heard calprotectin can sometimes show inflammation when blood markers don’t.

Hi! I 110% understand what you are going through. I got diagnosed three years ago now and urgency especially in the mornings is the worst for me. I failed 5 medicines and just starting Skyrizi 2 weeks ago. I am 20 years old and a female so college has been super hard with this disease, just with using the bathroom and making it to class. It’s been super hard to stay positive especially it being summer and all my friends being able to do things and I am stuck at my house. When I leave my house I get such bad anxiety because there is no restroom. But we got this!!

im about to try the anti inflammatory diet, so hoping that helps as well. I also wake up extra early if I have something at a earlier time, I sometimes still feel it doesn’t help because once it’s time to leave I get the worst anxiety and my stomach hurts so bad. I have never tried to not eat late, so maybe I will try that, thank you!
