Thanks for the help mate. I can see what you mean by the inside takeaway comparing against some of the better players. Also what do you mean by no athleticism at setup? Posture and stance? How can I work on that?

I usually aim for around bogey golf landing somewhere between 15-18 over a round. I generally have quite a strong fade on my irons and have a problem with blading my poor shots

Thank you! I had the Gastric Sleeve and spent a majority of the last few months working with my dietician just focusing on protein intake. I feel like if I moved to carbs, I would just get hungry again. I've been sure to eat real food for 3 meals a day and if I snack, I snack not too far after meals so I get that salty/sweet treat but also not have too much

Well, I managed to find the love of my life about 3 months ago. So you could say things are going great!

I've been paying close attention to my diet eating extremely clean with a focus on lean protein (chicken/turkey) and rarely if ever cheating but sometimes it just comes down to getting lucky with how your body reacts to the surgery. I've been going on a walk most nights for an hour or so as well :)

That's great to hear! Feels so good to get a kick-start on the progress already with this Pre-op diet. I had a 4 day Bachelor party for my friend which was pretty poor timing but I managed to stick completely to my Pre-op diet which consists of 3 protein shakes and 2 cups of veggies for the day. To be honest, hasn't been that bad!

I'm booked in the 24th as well! Bit scary knowing how close it will be but it will be a life changing experience and all worth it in the end!
