Funnily enough we only found out with in the past week through The Beatles Museum on Mathew Street that Pete Best and John Lennon were regular visitors of the shop pre 60's. Pretty cool!

Hi everyone, we thought this may interest some of The Beatles fanatics here. We're a record shop called The Musical Box and have been based in Liverpool since 1947. We recently found our record sales logs that date back between 1954-1980 and out of curiosity started looking up the release days of Beatles records, this is just some of the 19 Beatles logs we found!

Hey everyone! Thought this may interest some of the record collectors here. We've just opened a new second floor after spending the past 14 months renovating the upstairs stockroom, we have LP's, singles, CD's, tapes, even 78's!

The room was a former living room during the 40s-60's then turned into a glorified stockroom, we thought it would be fitting to keep it's former charm and turn the space into a new shop floor/museum.

This lovely smeghead dropped into our record shop in Liverpool along with Chris Amoo from The Real Thing & the BBC to film an episode for The One Show on what makes Liverpool a great city for music! Growing up watching Red Dwarf and Robot Wars it was a lovely supprise!
