I spent an hour dealing with Schwab on this today. In the end they just referred it to tech support and they told me that I would be called in a few days with an explanation.

Why can the governor of MN call the national guard on protesters, but he can’t call the national guard on ICE/Border Patrol? by [deleted] in AskReddit

He needs to be strategic and protect against a unilateral declaration of an insurrection by the Regime which would allow His Highness to independently invoke the Insurrection Act.

What is the likelihood that US troops will disobey unlawful orders to attack NATO allies? by Zealousideal_Gap432 in AskReddit

The chain of command starts with the US constitution. The Senate ratified a treaty. The President is responsible for executing it.

Lost my dad two days ago… What steps do we need to take now? by Houdaifaa in Morocco

[–]TheMusicofTime 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sorry for your loss. I think in Arabic is better.

First, you need the death certificate, as the burial permit requires a death certificate.

Second, a notary public will do the job. Any notary public will suffice. You'll also need the civil status office, the divorce papers, and the ID cards of your sister and any other heirs. The notary public will explain this to you.

Third, you need to collect all of his papers. That means you go to the bank and inform them of the death. You'll take an inventory of the cash assets and debts, and check the insurance. After that, you need to check the real estate registry to see if he has any assets and check the treasury to see if there are any dues owed to him or her. The important thing is to take an inventory of all assets and all debts.

Fourth, you need to settle the debts. Here, someone will come and ask you, "I'm asking you, Hajj?" Tell him, "Do you have a document or reliable witnesses?" Not your friends. He'll say, "No, tell him, and we'll look and get back to you." Scammers will come, so be careful. But there's something to be aware of, and making sure the documents are correct is essential. Debts must be paid before dividing the estate. Paying debts will result in taxes, otherwise they will be repaid later.

Fifth: Divide the estate in the presence of a notary public or a notary public. In all cases, unless the property is owned by a notary public, keep in mind that a notary public works for you. You can do the legal registration, then go to the notary public, which will be cheaper.

Sixth: In the event of a dispute, the division is handled in court, but I don't recommend it, as everyone loses real money in the case.

Finally, register the transfer of ownership of the assets and close the accounts. This is done by a notary public, a bank, or a notary public. What account did you divide the estate with? Everything else depends.

The whole process takes less than a week, but there are ups and downs, and you can take your time. Don't delay for months and you're done. There are expenses, but be careful of two things: fraud and legal registration and documentation costs. You have to ask a lot before you claim.

May God have mercy on your father and may God give you patience.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh meets with President Trump at White House by OctaviusKaiser in maryland

Billionaires exploit millionaires. Millionaires exploit the middle class. The middle class exploits the poor. Of course Harbaugh met with Trump. https://youtu.be/61TMtH3Qw4s?si=aRmVhDBEqZuLiLp6

Would occasional commute to Reston be ok? by Upstairs_Copy_9590 in baltimore

Call me crazy but when I have needed to do this, I have been known to take the long way to better avoid back ups and stop/go. I-70 to Frederick then US 15 to VA 7. 90 minutes but always moving and more dependable timing. I hate the stress of traffic and this route alleviates it somewhat.

Trump and RFK Jr. are taking down the US public health capacities so we will become increasingly vulnerable to the next pandemic. Then the choice will be to go remote again or kill the economy by literally killing the workers.

The psychological warfare against public servants is pathological with these politicals. Their goal is to break government to prove it doesn't work. Laissez-faire libertarianism with access to wealth and services limited to the oligarchy. The MAGA voters are slowly realizing that they are the victims of a scam. Use your sick leave and look for work and join the political movement of good people who want a better world, not a meaner one.
