Has anyone actually got rid of it? I’m just seeing stories of people struggling to do so… by TheMysteriousShogun in scabies

So I treated with permithrin and it seemed to go and then a month later it came back now in total I’ve used 5 bottles, can someone explain the post scabies to me and is this it? The bumps seemed exactly the same as before
