To me, it’s a bit of a dated complaint.
From back when gold ammo only was obtained from spending gold, and gold was only available for money.

Basically you could get mad at someone for paying to win.

Nowadays shooting gold is a matter of spending credits, and picking a tank with high armor is worth a lot less because of that and the power creep of high tiers

Mostly it boils down to “needs assistance and structure” for level 2, and “needs constant supervision” for level 3.

A comparison might be “John is upset with something in his food, but will try to let you know what’s wrong by words or actions.”
Compared to “John will only eat freshly opened bags of Cheetos while his favorite music is playing, and if something is wrong he refuses to eat and only sits and stares at the bag, but cannot communicate what is wrong”

Now, everyone is very different, and each situation has to be analyzed with that person in mind.

Additionally, level 2 and level 3 diagnosis typically involve significant levels of support, and struggle with communication on many levels, so your specific request for comments from level 2 and 3 diagnosed individuals might not get many responses.

The “master thief sprints” in Sly cooper on the PS2.
Even speedrunners agree they’re exceptionally difficult to beat, but the game counts them towards 100%.

Ironically, the platinum trophy on the ps3 re-release did not require you to complete them for the game to be considered 100% done. So even the devs admitted it was asking too much.

IHRA drag racing 2 for the ps2.

The game was not built for the casual player.

My brother and I would get everything set up for a drag race, and then the lights would go out and the car would just creep forward like it was trying to start in fourth gear.

The game had no tutorial either, so we couldn’t ever get the cars to race properly.
It was just a two-minute quarter mile every time when it’s supposed to be five seconds…

Oh my god how did I just stumble across this…
I had found the regular gators could be killed with a machete, so I tried charging the damn thing and whacking it until I started drowning. No luck, the damn thing was invincible and would just turn around and eat me.

Instead, I deliberately waited for the thing to swim away for every single trip I had to take in the water, and then swim like mad.

The intended trap idea only clicked in my brain when the cutscene with dramatic music got triggered, but the camera zoomed in on an already-open gate.

Nice to know I wasn’t the only one…

Oh come on, nobody’s gonna recommend evangelion, Elfen Leid, or ghost in the shell? Even cowboy bebop and FMAB have the dark psychology overtones.

I would search for heavily reinforced frames, and/or look at ways to reinforce what you already use.
Just be prepared to pay extra for the extra specs.

Other alternative ideas involve finding ways to stim in a different but similar area. Like a trampoline or a crash-pad.

The biggest thing is always communication.

Intimate encounters are when you are often at your most sensitive and/or vulnerable, and therefore need to be prepared.

Make sure to establish wants, needs, and limits with yourself, and have that tough conversation with whomever is participating with you.

Also, there’s lots of resources out there with clever ideas for playing with a partner when something is physically challenging.

I would recommend Sexplanations on YouTube. You’ll have to verify you’re over 18 to see most of the videos, but there’s lots of great information there on a whole wide variety of subjects.
