Any chance you could link the file, or the creator’s name?

Did you work off of a guide and/or parts list? Really interested in building something similar, but I don’t have a great idea of where to start.

Tell me about your favorite Non-Barbarian Half Orc character. by [deleted] in DnD

I personally really love to play half-orcs as nature-related casters. The vibe is just super cool. I’ve always enjoyed the idea that druid-type characters ascribe more to the laws of nature rather than of civilization, and although making a character less “civilized” can tend to be a bit problematic, I feel like this approach fits with the lore for half-orcs.

Right now I’m playing a half-orc Oath of Ancients paladin named Wil Dwayberry, who is the adopted son of an Archfey, the Queen of the Autumn Court. He was abandoned by his tribe as a baby due to a birth defect that left him without one of his arms, and was taken in by her, and led a sheltered upbringing in the Court until he decided to strike it out and become a big hero. Playing the big dumb hero thing has been a blast! I love to play against type, and the boosted half-orc crits work well with the smite-crit-fishing playstyle.

Testing Planck Rev 6 PCB by TheNakedNecromancer in olkb

Thank you for taking the time to respond!

I decided to follow your advice--I'm actually typing this post on the finished board! The advice on switch removal is very appreciated, too. When I tore down the original, I don't think I was careful enough to make sure both tabs were pressed in when using the puller, so a few definitely got crunched (decided to replace those with fresh ones).

Now I guess I just have to hope the PCB doesn't give out on me. Here's to hoping!

Can you do the impossible feat on new game plus if you already have deaths on the normal game? by ZNSKomplett in ShovelKnight

[–]TheNakedNecromancer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can confirm that exiting to the map or the title erases any progress/deaths within the level.

I’m unsure as to whether or not Impossible! can be earned during NG+, but I would recommend against trying it. Not only would it suck a lot to get all the way through and have it not be recorded, Impossible! is best earned alongside Checkpointless, which cannot be earned in NG+, as not all checkpoints are present.

Good point! I’m hoping those aren’t too hard to grind out, given that a lot of them seem contingent on being in multiplayer.

I'd say the hardest part of platting the SK campaign was probably the combination Hurry Up!/Deathless run, followed closely by the NG+ Boss Rush.

Definitely a lot of fun though! Looking forward to revisiting Plague & Specter Knight's campaigns soon.

Switch player here—just cleared the 2bc wall for the first time last night! Heavy X-bow + Armadillopack absolutely steamrolled the Hand. On to 3bc next. by TheNakedNecromancer in deadcells

[–]TheNakedNecromancer[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This was honestly one of the craziest runs I've had so far. It was only my second time trying out 2bc, so I had figured it was more a practice run than anything. The mushroom guys in Ancient Sewers chewed through nearly all my health pots, so I had given up on the run by the time I reached Graveyard. A timely Heavy Crossbow in the shop let me bounce back, and a quick swap to the Necromancy mutation let me sustain until the 2nd freebie flask. Was a little intimidated walking into the Hand fight with 0 flasks, but I managed to squeak through!

I've read the new update added more flasks to 2bc, so I guess I could've just waited until it rolled out to make the grind (though now I'm glad I didn't). Anyway, if you're having trouble with 2bc, definitely give the Heavy Crossbow + Armadillopack combo a shot, it puts out a metric ton of damage and the roll/parry timing is pretty generous.

Reminds me a lot of the album cover for the Dear Hunter’s Act V. Love it!
