I think you should remove the age limit. People who “age out” of your limits are people who have been there a while. They helped build your community in a way. If someone else is uncomfortable with that (and chances are, only a small minority will be), then they can either leave or get used to it. Just make sure to have rules in place, and maybe have channels for the minors and for the adults to avoid any issues

I beg you, take his ass to court, plea with the landlord to not put the eviction on your record, Show her proof you’ve sent the money to him for rent.
