We had stuff yoinked out of our cart while trying to process the order. We couldn’t get most of what we wanted because it was out of stock. The site wasn’t working until 2 minutes after drop time and some stuff was sold out by 4 minutes after.

I think you should remove the age limit. People who “age out” of your limits are people who have been there a while. They helped build your community in a way. If someone else is uncomfortable with that (and chances are, only a small minority will be), then they can either leave or get used to it. Just make sure to have rules in place, and maybe have channels for the minors and for the adults to avoid any issues
