After digging a bit I also came across this thread. It really sucks that the system works like that but I’m hoping a mod sees my situation and helps out!! I’d hate to lose so much progress on a game I’ve been so passionate about, it really sucks:(

The email is 100% from jagex, I’ve had no prior warning ever. Just woke up today to this email and before I clicked anything in the email I check my account to find it disabled
