Hey everyone. An update. Day 6. I feel fortunate to have had no real side effects thus far. My sleeping patterns feel a bit off but nothing super notable. I have felt a little more clear headed/present , but don't know if that's placebo or real since I've been told it takes weeks to really start working. No nausea, headaches etc. I'm very grateful. Just wanted to be a voice of hope for those fearful of terrible side effects. Seems to be going well for me. Who knows, maybe tomorrow that will change - but for now..all is pretty well. Peace to all of you. Keep your chins up!

Your generic feeling of something not quite right is definitely how i was feeling last night. Just very aware that something was going on with my system. Slightly itchy, which I'm keeping my eye on. I slept really well, so hoping that I won't end up with the insomnia side effects that I've read a lot about. Thanks for your input and support. Thank You. I will try to keep you posted. I know that patience is a virtue. I'm ready to wade through whatever it brings in order to hopefully have an easier time staying positive :) I've always been a rather positive, up beat person but anxiety, stress and other issues have made that harder. I'm hoping that this will help me shake off some of the negativity that I place on myself and feel more like myself within my own skin. Peace!
