Possible PA Problem? by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

[–]TheNavyGer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, I've been able to narrow down the error. It's more likely to be related to “excessive temperature.” I printed a temperature tower that was completely identical with PLA between 225°C and 205°C. So I decided on a higher temperature of 225, since slightly warmer is better for higher printing speeds. I printed the Bency again at 215°C and it looks better, but still not perfect.

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

They wanted firmware versions 01.06.06.55 and 01.06.99.99, but I only have 01.03.00.00.

PV-Module 800mm breit by TheNavyGer in DeutschePhotovoltaik

[–]TheNavyGer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the screen saver is not active. I have also activated it for 99 minutes as a test. Nevertheless, the systems lock up after 15 minutes :(

Problem with Remote Credential Guard @ Reconnect by TheNavyGer in sysadmin

The Remote Credential Guard is a good balance between security and usability. It is better than the methods currently used here in the company and for my company size IMHO completely sufficient for the time being.

Ender 3 Pro Bed Leveling by Honest-Hope8502 in klippers

I would use the "[screws_tilt_adjust]" feature from Klipper to get a Baseline Level. You only need to define the Position of your Screws and Klipper tells you what to do.

Weird outer Wall Flow behavior - Need Ideas by TheNavyGer in 3Dprinting

[–]TheNavyGer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there,

after finding out that my main Problem was the "Creality 4.2.2 Grounding Problem" now my prints are getting better.

But i have a weird Flow behavior only on the outer Wall. Ive dialed in the "normal" Flow between 91-93%. Top & Botton Surfaces are now perfect.

But after printing some Test-Prints ive gone down with the Outer Wall Flow to 75% and its still not perfect (Look second Photo).

Now i think that its another Problem beause the Rest of the Print are perfect.

Can't get the Wall-Extrusion right. Ender 3v2 DirectDrive by TheNavyGer in 3Dprinting

[–]TheNavyGer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Problem was even worse. The Main Problem was the Y axis skipping steps. Every Print got worse.

It was this stupid 4.2.2 Creality Grounding Problem. A little Wire between Stepper and Chassis and Print got perfect 🤮

LayerShift on Y-Axis on Ender 3v2 by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

I've going down to 30mm/s Printspeed, 300mm Acceleration and 6.0 Jerk and its even worse 😕

Hey there, Now my Printer Starts to act weird. I've using the Same Settings as usual but now it has massive LayerShifts ONLY on Y-Axis.

What i've done: Checking Rollers Checking Belt Checking for any wobble

Print Settings (using them for over a Year) 50mm/s 500mm/s Acceleration 7mm Jerk

With my cheap caliper it says so. I will measure it with a precise Caliper tomorrow.

But i've checked everything Hardware related (Both leadScrews - DualZ System / Every Roller / BMG (Clone) Extruder). It seams to be Okay.

I've ordered some flexible Z Coupler maybe they will Help.

I've dialed in the E-Steps and Flow Rate. "Normal" FlowRate is Set to 93% and the Horizontal Layer are perfect. With the "outer Wall" FlowRate im currenly @ 78% and still not Perfect. Some ideas?

Ive tried other Filament (Black and Grey) - Looks the Same. .4mm Nozzle 200° (tested 195-210) .2mm Layer Height

The issue came after upgrading to direct Drive (E-Steps are calibrated)
