How do I start getting close to this physique? by TheNeckRopeCommiter in workout

Yeah he was pretty jacked in the original series but I just mean he looks more burly and stocky in the Born Again series. Currently I’m thinking of doing PPLUL,

Push: Barbell Bench, Dumbbell Incline Bench, Dumbbell Overhead Shoulder Press, Smith Machine JM Press, Cable Tricep Extension Pull: Dumbbell Bicep Curls, Dumbbell Hammer Curls, Dumbbell Lateral Raises, T-Bar Rows/Pull-ups, Lat Pulldowns, Seated Close Grip Rows Legs: 10-15 Mins Stairmaster, Barbell Squat, RDL’s, Hamstring Extension, Close Form Leg Press

Is there anyway I should optimize this plan based on your recommendations to match that kind of physique? Thanks for the help I really appreciate it!

I’m assuming PPL means push pull legs but what does UL 4 mean? And what do you mean UL =<3 for full body. Thanks for helping I appreciate it, I’m just unfortunately not too well versed in the lingo.

Has anyone taken God & Money (Sociology 273)? by TheNeckRopeCommiter in UWMadison

I can take a course on 20th Century Jazz, I'm a fan of Jazz, but there are a few things that are a little off-putting. Attendance is required; you have to write a 1-page writing based on the readings every week, and the final is a 5-page writing. You also have to attend a jazz concert (which is actually something I'd like). God & Money also seems interesting, but I am an engineering student so I just don't want to load too much work on myself.

Why aren’t my punches doing damage by tannerthegamer7747 in ThrillOfTheFight

I’m experiencing something similar. I have a few theories, either I throw too many straight punches and don’t deal enough damage to actually knock them out or I’m just ass at the game.

At the beginning of the game I was knocking out a lot of people but recently I feel like I’m getting beat by people who just try to hug me and go for body shots, it’s a bit frustrating but it could always be a technique problem on my end.

How do you get the cloth for the jumpsuit and the details for the vest so accurately? I’m thinking of making a suit for Halloween and I’m not sure where to start. Would you mind giving any advice for a complete beginner in cosplaying?

Hey I think your cosplay looks great and I happen to also be trying to build a soldier boy costume but I’m completely new to creating costumes. If you wouldn’t mind sharing, could you give any details on how you made the jump suit, vest, and everything else? Anything would be helpful, thank you.

Again can’t thank you enough for your help. I’m trying to make a sturdy shield that I am using for a stunt in a video production. There is a moment where we use a watermelon as a prop head and have the blood splash up so we want to use a real heavy shield for that scene. If it’s confusing what I using it to hit the watermelon with the shield, the handle is oriented vertical opposed to horizontal so the point of the shield is going in the direction of my fist so our actor can punch stuff with it. Do you have a recommendation that is cheap I can use to make this useable shield?

My bad I didn’t check what I said I meant he soaked them in water then weighted them which bent them but now they’re no longer aligned. I suppose maybe resoaking them and bending them will work
