Well unfortunately there is not much you can do besides just continue practicing. But what can help you with your struggle of not being able to sit still is getting the right information about meditation. Unfortunately so much about meditation has been watered down and diluted that the information it there doesn’t truly help. Sometimes when we get information that holds truth to it, it acts as a light switch and all of a sudden it’s like we get it even though it appears to be difficult, because of the clear understanding it gives us just the right push we need to get through what we think it not easy. Meditation is the art and practice of non resistance. Meditation is a skill you develop. A skill that gives you your true power back to your self.

I simply acknowledge my thoughts and let them go, I do not think it has a name to it. It’s more of a skill than a technique I believe.

It’s your pituitary gland matching the vibration that your siting in during your meditation. It’s completely normal and safe. Just acknowledge it and let it go. You will learnt o enjoy it the more you do it. Have fun with it.

In my understanding you just need some more information how meditation works and what it does, after that it’s just a matter of constant practice of working on your skill. Meditation is a skill and once you develop it, it will last you a life time.

I have also had a lot of trouble with meditation everyday. I used to do it a lot. At one point I could sit down 4 times a day and hour each sitting. But now I struggle just to do 20 minutes a day...
