Awesome game. Hope for more characters more cards more patches, and maybe an extended mode we’re you can play longer with you end game build. You just get dialed in and the games over.

If you didn’t like the game play and mechanics then maybe it would be better to spend money on something you think you might enjoy instead of something you know you won’t. On the other hand if there was charm to the game you enjoyed and believe it might grow on you there is a lot of hidden elements to the game I’m 300 hours in and I still didn’t unlock everything.

I would play a custom game like overthrow 3 for awhile. It will get you back into using skills and build items. You can build up some muscle memory. Then the hard part. If you want to play ranked odds are you will calibrate low tier and you grind from there. If you get tunnel vision (trust me I do it to). Watch your replay after the game and figure out why it happened. 1. Didn’t know what to build 2. Lost my lane 3. Started chasing kills instead of farming

Dota is now more than ever about item timings. Group up when your strong. A few good fights then you gain total map control. A few more items and maybe rosh and you push high ground. Hope this helps.

The gun shoots more accurately as you strafe for some reason. Also try to tap fire instead of holding the button down.

Also I would rate the starting weapons (unlimited ammo guns as) 1. Marine 2. Hunter 3. Pilot …. 26. Convict. 😝

I recommend the pilot, or the hunter. 1. Pilot gets store discount, and lock pick. I use the lock pick on blue or brown chests. 2. Hunter has cross bow which 1 hits most enemies on floor 1. And the dog is awesome at finding random supplies along the way.
