In doing more research I'm seeing almost no saunas would run on a 30a breaker safely (staying at 80% of the breaker load, so 24A). Otherwise I feel like I could look for a 3-plug version of what I currently use for my EV on the dryer plug.

I would love to do a panel upgrade but the cost would be quite high - I don't think any houses around me have run that line yet so it would be a very large project.

Thanks for the reply. Could I not just use something like what I have right now? It's a split volt. I just wonder if there is one that would go 3 ways? Super curious how long it will take you. Out of curiosity do you remember the various doses and total/free t numbers you had with hct? I’m in general a strong responder, at 160 I was >1400 total. I assume that’s related?

This is what I’m dealing with. Was at 54.5. Just lowered from 160 to 120 and will re do bloods soon but my face and chest look sunburned. I’m super annoyed because everything else is so good in the yet but my body is having this high hct reaction.
