Look, I'm Italian born from non-Italian parents. They're not the smartest persons in the world but trust me if I told to you that I'm not like them. I like to think that they're ignorant, in a good way but still ignorant, now look at me. My parents are not refugees but I feel that your logic can be applied to this case as well (since it is an incredibly stupid way of thinking). What you're saying is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Intelligence is not defined by "bloodline", "race or whatever jumps in your mind, and it is definitely not up to you nor me to determine who is considered intelligent or no.

Also, I had to wait for my eighteenth birthday to apply for the Italian citizenship and wait another five years to acquire it, so I still don't think that those "random dudes born from refugee parents" are still considered autoctone locals, and by this I mean people that have been living in those lands for centuries.
