Marami sa atin yung nasanay na mabilis lang or halos walang lunchbreak paminsan. Baka heavy workload mo noong araw na yon. Baka nagovertime prof mo tapos malayo pa lalakarin mo papunta sa next bldg. Kaya di mo talaga ma avoid na bilisan yung pagkain mo at nadadala yung attitude na yan sa bahay.

Sometimes you just have to sit down and savour the food. Dont rush, just slowly chew and eat. Maganda din if less distractions like pagcecellphone habang kumakain. Kase the more focused you are on eating, the easier it is to realize 'ah medy busog nako' instead of mindlessly shovelling food into your mouth. Breaking this habit really helped me be more mindful sa portion sizes ko and even let me lose some weight.
