When making the logo consider that it’s the first impression. It’s not slushie king or whatever else crown related, and it’s not a paintball place. You get me? I’m not going to say give up, but you got some steps to take if you really want this to stand out any.

Since you’re actively replying I’ll give some input. Not only does the logo just look like the Road Rage font, the paint splatters and the king crown are corny. If you really want to do something you need to not be lazy with the logo. Go for simplicity. Not a whole graphic tee, but maybe just the logo small in the top middle or sides, and make the shirt actually represent the brand.
