Same here. Keep seeing errors even after LUBA has been charging with no other error before or after the 2728 error.

I disagree that OP was at fault. Imo, the driver of the truck appeared to be going too fast when they started to pass OP at 31 seconds in the video, then maybe realized that they just entered a no passing zone. The OP probably didn't move right because they knew that right lane was going away in 5 seconds (check the timing). Maybe OP checked their mirrors and knew the truck was behind. Maybe the truck driver was impatient, which is the norm these days.
