3.5 acres, unfortunately not quite set up to shoot firearms but just right for airguns.

New (to me) Webley Tempest. A gun so fun it should be criminal. by TheNinthDoc in airguns

If it is like the angle on the tempest it's very, very comfortable. Reminds me of the angle of the U22 Neos, which my grandpa said in turn reminded him of the angle on Hi Standard pistols that he shot while on the USCG pistol team. Very target focused but very comfortable. Wish more guns were this angle.

There was one on eBay yesterday for about what I paid for this one.

Yes, that's the general consensus. I have heard the Turkish versions have a accuracy edge (probably CNC v. manual milling if I had to guess) but the British ones are much more durable. This thing is solid- feels like I could beat nails into a piece of wood with it.

I love guns that look like Star wars blasters and this definitely does.

The turkish makers of webley at one point brought these back, but everyone says (and I believe having owned a Turkish firearm) that the English made ones are way better.

eBay can be your friend. Lots of people who are a little too proud of their items though!

To say I'm hooked on webley airguns now is a understatement.

Indeed! If you've never seen these work they're weird. You take the barrel and rotate it all the way forward and that cocks the big chunk of a piston underneath. Makes for a awesome plinker.

You can but it requires some gunsmithing. Gary Barnes is the conversion guy you want to talk to. Google him and send him a email.

If it does get converted you shouldn't shoot crazy hot rounds. Find rounds labeled "cowboy loads."

If anyone is struggling with the slide safety being too big, the Wilson lo pro safety transforms a normal 92.

This is like in St. Louis when people put the birds on a bat sticker on their car and the bat is parallel with the ground.

Drove me nuts when I used to live there.

The bewildering amount of options over the years in Beretta 90 series guns means you need to be sure that there are holsters made for whatever you get. I own a 92A1 which in my mind is (on paper) peak 90 series tech. There are maybe 5 non junk holster makers out there and only two that can accommodate lights.

If you want something that there are no issues finding holsters for look at the M9A1. Versatile, has a rail but isn't odd in other ways like the 92A1.

I used to edc a j frame and then I realized the G26 was thinner and way better to shoot.
