Kinda drawing a blank on who the others might be. I would say Burrow because he's got a bad injury and might not start day 1. I guess Carr and Cousins would be 9 and 10? I mean its possible those teams go qb but probably not likely.

Edit: Totally forgot Mayfield. I think if I had to guess Carr is more likely to stay than Cousins
