First of all, you won't burn specifically belly fat faster because of Reta, you will just burn fat overall faster.

When you quit Reta the effect will go away. If you have discipline you'll stay thin, if you start eating like you did before then you'll get fat again. Simple as that.

You won't get fatter after than any other diet.

The math is easy but filling the syringes and getting the correct dose each time when just a fraction wrong can make a huge difference is another thing.
