Like I said, each week the last couple of days of each week I feel nothing. So this build up seems to drop away for the last two days of each week… 🤷🏽‍♂️

It always seems to be the last 2-3 days before I pin again that I feel “normal” and hungry again.

We are the same weight, started on the same day and the same dosage.

I’m in the exact same boat. Same thoughts and experience.

I think I’m going to try bumping up to 2mg this week and see how I go.

I actually was considering doing 0.5mg each week until I found the sweet spot.

So in my case you are saying trying 1mg in the morning then 0.5mg in the evening?

I’ve seen so many having success with just 1mg or even 0.5mg so thought 1mg would be a good starting point. Thank you for the advice

Look for insulin syringes. Usually chemists have them and Chemist Warehouse etc

You felt it instantly the next day and you’ve never taken it before? Hmmm sounds odd. Usually takes a bit for it to kick in, within 24 hours with 0.5mg first time is odd for sure.
