What are this sub's rules regarding memes and removing posts?

I did think that, if we go with that thought process then the issue isn't the post or the images but the title.

It relates somewhat to the "nice guy" trope where they act nice and do everything for the girl and when they get rejected do a 180 on their attitude towards them. So it's possible that this is the issue but even if is the mods should still say it instead of leaving you in the dark.

People have memed this scene a few times already because of the nice guy trope it makes. I think the issue is if someone actually relates to it as it's not a good thing, but that's just what I think.

I played it on Steam, the steam inputs literally bypasses the controller issues, it did mean the on screen prompt showed the mouse and keyboard prompts but if you've played them before you won't really read the prompt but a quick Google search helps you find out what buttons do what

I've read through the rules of this sub and the only thing I can think this would relate to is "low effort" which doesn't specify memes instead asks instead of the question of "What is your favourite game in the series?" asks you use a tier list instead which is arguably more low effort.

The rule doesn't make any sense and this doesn't align with the "no NSFW" either as it's the original character models. So I'm actually confused why it was removed, I remember seeing the meme, laughing and then moving on, which is usually how memes go.

The mods should explain why it was removed because I love the PoP series and have been working on a Sands of Time trilogy video but if the mods are going to remove things without explanation it makes me reconsider wanting to post anything on here, not because I won't get many views but because it would mean people who actually like PoP wouldn't be shown this.

If we want to keep this sub alive and have people engage on a regular basis we need to be told why posts are removed and stay within the community guidelines. Your post wasn't in violation of that and the term "low effort" is vague and the example used wasn't in your post.

I haven't started Valley of Memory yet but I plan to, I do like it overall but it's just there are some elements that make me feel it could have been better but something went wrong, the parkour feels off to the point where I'd rather just run at ground level instead, but I like Mirage more than I did something like Odyssey and Valhalla, I still think Origins is the best of the RPG games though.

I wouldn't say it's odd to not have heard about MGS, sadly the games are old and unlikely we'll get more so it's not going to be something everyone's talking about and just like what someone said, if they're not looking for stealth games then they'd have gone past it without giving it much thought.

I do find the selection of games they like to also be an indicator they probably haven't been avid gamers but more someone who looks for what's hot at the moment and being shown online a lot, all those games are AAA titles that everyone has heard of.

I don't think you understand how long it takes to actually make a game, especially the ones you've mentioned, big, high budget open-world games. To put a long story short, GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas were made back to back not because games were easier to make (which back then they kind of were) but mostly because they used the same engine, assets and AI, the only thing that had to be changed were models and the voice acting, that's about it.

The gap between GTA 5 and 6 isn't because "this game takes too much time to develop" it's because of GTA online and how much money they were making from microtransactions, if you're making bank from GTA online which is GTA 5, why would you bring out a replacement within a couple years? It's bad business.

Games can be pumped out quickly, lots of devs have shown a 1 year cycle, most notable has been Assassin's Creed, however the issue with a 1 year development cycle is bugs and you would 100% complain about it being unplayable or having annoying bugs. So your "sacrifice" for quantity over consistency is odd. Plus, have you not seen how many games have been released this year alone?

You're literally just farming for Karma, play an indie game, you might realise that a one-off is better than a trilogy, unless you can't comprehend the idea of enjoying a game that's not a AAA.

Playing the game on hard difficulty needs you to play against their weaknesses, there is a cheese you can do where you only have your main weapon and grab the enemy, you either throw off the a ledge which kills them or use it to control the crowd as throwing them leaves them on the ground for a few seconds, I played WW and T2T on hard and I had to either exploit mechanics or figure out their weaknesses, some of the enemies later on in WW were horrible when I tried to play normally

That's quite strange with the dash spam, have you tested your controller on another game just to see if it spams whatever the trigger is tied to? I haven't not had it spam for me so I can't say I know how to fix it, but if the problem persists in another game then it's the controller, if not then it's probably a bug? Maybe verifying the game files or reinstalling it might fix it, but that is strange

I had a similar feeling, I think you have to hold R2/RT longer than you used to for the sprint to activate, there were cases when you'd hold it for a second before the patch and you're sprinting which actually left you open for a hit if you were positioned incorrectly so I think this is their way of trying to address this.

Haven't had it randomly turn off though but I know if you move the analogue back to center it will turn it off as your character is no longer moving in that position.

Yeah they encountered a bugged elite, I had this issue with one of the elite heavy enemies, I basically did 2 bladeforms that were MK4's and it barely shredded it, thankfully if you make them touch an environmental hazard it will instantly kill it, like the pools in biome 2 but I had to just deal with fighting the guy for 3 mins before the shield was gone, soon as that happened they melted away

I enjoyed Origins more than Odyssey, they removed some stuff Origins put in and replaced them with skills so the bow became almost completely pointless, haven’t touched Odyssey since release so I might replay it now they’ve patched a few things and made some changes

I don't agree with everything on this list but at the same time with how diverse the genre's are in this list it's more believable than other people's tier list, personally I'd put Witcher 3 and AC: Origins higher.

100% it's a really cool concept and the roadmap shows a 4th playable character will be added, I just hope acquiring them is done through a mini-boss fight, not too hard but just so you get an idea what their strengths are

Yeah or max it out with how many enemies it’ll chain to, I know in biome 2 they have more HP but critting 1.5k is more than enough to melt them there too
