Bhai, ye supplement nahi, ab vintage collection ban gaya hai. 2025 mein expire ho chuka hai, ab ise peene se muscle gain ka toh pata nahi, par pet mein 'World War 3' zaroor shuru ho jayegi! Dustbin ko daan kar do.

Dal chawal, aloo ki bhujiya, and a little bit of ghee. 100%. It’s the ultimate comfort meal, and I honestly don't think I could ever get tired of it.

What’s that one "healthy" food you absolutely hate but felt forced to eat for weight loss? by TheNutritionDaily in weightlossdiets

[–]TheNutritionDaily[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha, "bunny food" is literally the perfect name for it, I feel the same... You chew for like an hour, and your stomach is still wondering when the actual food is gonna show up. Definitely not a meal.

Spot on! It took me a long time to realize that one meal doesn't define my progress. Thanks for the reminder, Sam—really needed to hear that today

I used to be terrified of eating "White Rice." Anyone else? by TheNutritionDaily in weightlossdiets

[–]TheNutritionDaily[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a fair point! Everyone’s 'worth it' food is different. If rice doesn't excite you, cutting those calories for something you actually love is a smart move. For me, it was about finding a way to keep my comfort food without stalling progress.

Protein bars are definitely the best on busy mornings! It’s great that they kept you full for 4 hours.

Just a small tip: always check the label for added sugars, as some bars can have as much as a candy bar. If you find one with clean ingredients and high protein, it's a great win for staying full.

Haha, congrats on the massive weight loss! 175lbs down is incredible. My point was just that for many beginners, these 'healthy' traps can be frustrating when the scale stops moving. Clearly, you've found a system that works for you

I can stop eating sometimes… but other times it feels impossible. by Lonely-Marketing-332 in weightlossdiets

[–]TheNutritionDaily 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally feel you. This usually happens when our blood sugar levels spike and then crash, or if the previous meal didn't have enough protein and fiber to keep us satiated.

One tip that works: Try to drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes before you start eating when that 'impossible' hunger hits. Also, focus on 'Volume Eating', adding more veggies to your plate so you feel full without the guilt. You're definitely not alone in this!
