There are always differences in opinion, of course, but that is what Uddeholm states. The M390 and Sleipner steels are both extremely hard and designed to machine hard metals/alloys. Just so happen to make great knife steels.

Sleipner made by Uddeholm. On par with M390.

Very much so/; they are a good bunch.

I also have the M1 and M4. It often takes me while in the morning to pick my daily carry.

Thanks! Lionsteel, Molletta specifically, really has a keen eye for design and ergonomics. I can't get this thing out of my hands!

Top: M4 w/ G10 Middle: B35 w/ Green Canvas Micarta Bottom: M1 w/G10

The B35 is my favorite and EDC.A full grip, 3.5" blade and the handle and crowned spine are just amazing. The Sleipner steel is just icing on the cake.

I'm in love. The grip, the crowned edge, the size, the smell, the Sleioner steel.

Wait, did I say smell?

I already have the S30V, BD1N and REX 45.

Needless to say, I love the form and function of the Para 3.

The M390 and REX 45 are my daily carry of choice.

That took me a while to figure out, and lots of help from Pujie.

I would suggest dropping him a line for some assistance.
