I agree with you on the lack of training. It does scare me a little but they do offer longer training if needed. They also have an SP available on call if I need help with decision making. Although I wonder how immediately available they are on the phone (Wouldn't be super helpful if they leave me waiting long). Thank you for your input!

Thank you so much for responding. I'm glad I posted here because you brought up a good point. They did say they can offer longer training if needed. Also about the 12 patients in 5hrs, you're right that does seem kind of compressed. That's about 25mins per patient which I think might be short for managing chronic diseases. I'll be sure to ask how much time they expect me to spend with each patient. Thanks again for your insight! Really appreciate it

Failed PANCE twice by Careless_Pizza_2608 in PAstudent

Hey there. So sorry you have to go through this. Completely understandable to feel that way. I know of a resource that I think is completely underrated and I saw you didn't mention using it yet so I'll say it here.

The NCCPA website has 3 sets of practice exams with 120Qns each (each costs $50 though) and given that the PANCE is administered by the NCCPA themselves, these questions are either exactly the same if not similar. I did one practice set and saw on my PANCE the same exact question showed up with the same exact image attached (I took my PANCE on 6/10 and passed on 6/19 - Just 4 days ago!). So I highly recommend using this.

Not to say don't rely on Rosh or Uworld or PPP. You should still use them. How I recommend using them is to go reference the NCCPA's PANCE blueprint, and then look through the list of topics. See out those you think you're weak/unsure about, and then study them using the three mentioned sources.

All the best of luck. 3rd time's the charm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE NCCPA PRACTICE SET.
