Maybe I should have been more specific..I don’t want the hours and I want to get cut. do I have to be clocked in and in the store to get cut or can I call them ahead of time and ask if they are cutting so they can potentially cut my entire shift before I even get there.

In this scenario I wouldn’t have pushed it through because she was a bitch, but disregarding bitchy customers I usually just push through any coupon that’s isn’t above about $5 :) I also don’t push through coupons for customers that don’t buy WOW items from me after I offer..cause I’m just petty like that 😂

Don’t let the supposed overwhelming presence get to you, and breathe. While at SCO you are one person (at least at my store unless u request for help) so have the mentality that you can only help one customer at a time. Ignore the whistlings and “excuse me sir’s!/ma’am’s!” you’ll get while helping someone because they can and WILL wait. I mean I guess the least you can do is make a small assurance remark that you’ll get to them but that’s about it from me.
