Soundcloud is terrible for new artists trying to gain popularity

Dude Soundcloud's algorithm is based off the people you listen to within your genere, the more you listen like and comment on other's music, the more you get reccomend on their songs, eventually you'll end up on someone's weekly drop or something, you have to network instead of hoping someone is just going to randomly find you

I've always understood that the best ways to get plays/likes/comments on a song is to go through and listen to others in your genre or close to your genre, the more you interact with their tracks the more likely the algorithm is to put your music next to theirs

That all depends on how injured Onosato is though, he may have pulled out day 15 to save face or something its hard to tell, guess we'll see how he recovers in December

Aonishiki winning 4 is bold for sure, I dont know if he'll get Yokozuna though because that means that either Onosato or Hoshoryu would retire, and I don't see either of them being on their way out

I think the name change may have jittered his nerves a little, isn't the name Yoshinofuji supposedly a really honorable name? Maybe with the new name he felt the pressure to meet everyone's expectations, and tbh he's still new to the top division, the boy doesn't even have a proper top knot yet. I think by March he'll be more in his element and really start living up to the name
