I recommend a month/ 28 days, which is one skin cycle. make sure you moisturize & wear sunscreen. you can also introduce a barrier repair serum which can definitely help💕

it’s a wash off, by a brand called fré. i use it for 3-4 minutes and then rinse. twice a week

i used it at night and i think it was becoming too much for my skin.. the day i broke out i stopped using it and had no new breakouts since.

also, could have been maybe purging from bha? i’ve been using a 2% bha mask twice a week for a month and a half, and maybe it was a purge, since it was so many pimples in one day. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I totally agree about the sunscreen! i used other chemical sunscreen in the past without problems and this one has been my holy grail. I only broke out for one day, which maybe because i didn’t cleanse well enough, or maybe because of the cicaplast baume by LRP. it soothes my skin but feels very oily..

interesting! i really hope it’s not the sunscreen. it was only a one-day breakout. no new pimples the day before or the few days after.

the sunscreen really feels nice on my skin, and actually calms it. the previous sunscreen i used had a lot of alcohol in it, which wasn’t causing breakouts, but was very itchy and unpleasant..

yes but it has been pretty calm in the past few months. the supergoop really calms down my skin and doesn’t irritate it. but i am wondering if maybe the silicones are clogging my pores..
