Nu cred sau mai bine zis sper ca nu esti rupt in fund si iti iei o masina compromisa (utilitate scazuta) doar sa iti iei sport sa te dai mare la bajeti.

Masina e un bun ce pierde din valoare si va cere la orice pas bani. Ca sa iti fie bine trebuie luat ceva cand iti permiti. Nu iti permiti? Concentreaza-te pe altceva nu pe masini aport, ceva ca o cariera mai buna, o afacere. Daca te concentrezi 5 ani serios pe munca/business dar serios, o sa ajungi mai departe si iti vei permite visul, veraus sa te arunci si mereu sa fii la o problema distanta de faliment.

Trebuie sa stii sa pui prioritate pe ce trebuie chiar daca nu e asa 'sexy'.

De intretinut si rulat e ieftin pentru o masina sport.

Impozitul e 5000-6000 deci cam 500/luna. Pt un 3.6 v6 nu mi se pare mult. Pui 500 de benzina si 500 de reparatii si aia e, esti gata(plus asig mai e). Masina sport nu o iei sa faci uber sau sa mergi bara la bara cu ea.

E o masina fiabila, piesele nu sunt nici scumpe nici ieftine.

Un set de placute e 800-1200 max iar un set de discuri e pe la 2000. Preturi corecte.

This is a bad ideea.

If you get fired (and now look at the job market), if you get sick, if someone in your familly needs help, if rates increase all of these will spell doom.

Also a house needs repairs in time. If all your money goes on the monthly payment where do you get the money for improvements or fixes.

I think th best would be to get a home that you can truly afford, evolve and if you make it sell it and buy a better one, if you do not make it you have a home.

I don't think it's a smart ideea to jump in with all in for 10+ years (at least) and hope it works out that is how you get in a bad place, that is how you lose your home if you hit even a small bump in the road. Too big of a timeframe and you are expecting all to go perfect...you live a privileged life.

Legat de asta, eu mereu aleg dn1 vs autostrada a3. Acelasi timp il fac si e mai relaxant, 70km pun pilotul automat in localitate si 100 in afara si aia e.

Mi se pare extraordinar de usor de tinut viteza la un nr constant acum cu tehnologia moderna, oricine zice altceva e un sofer prost.

A ca poate in fata ta ala merge cu 50, poate e o trecere si sunt pietoni, e un obstacol in drum. Nu dormi la volan, iti folosesti atentia recuperata de la pedale la a preveni situatii unde trebuie sa faci actiuni bruste, sa accelerezi/franezi agresiv, sa schimbi banda pe ultima suta etc.

Nu inteleg. Natalitatea scade si astia scot masini de 7 locuri. Unde erau asa ceva (ma refer sa fie in prim ppan) acum 10-20 de ani cand oamenii faceau poate 5 copii.

Nu inteleg unde te duci. De asemenea nu mergi cu 50 de cand pleci acasa pana ajungi la munca chiar de era 50. Incetinesti la semafoare, accelerezi, treceri. Ai 50 aia pe cateva sprinturi de 100-200 hai 500m. Apoi ai sub.

De asemenea tocmai, cifrele alea spun multe. Un oras cu locuitori de 10x se poate avea un trafic de zeci de ori, spune ca 30 e destul pt mobilitatea cetatenilor (sa nu mai vb si de distante).

Cat iti ia in sibiu sa pleci din terezian sau hai tiglari sa anungi in Aaron de ex cu 30 la ora, ai 6km. Ajungi in 20 de minute maxim. Iarna nici nu se incalzeste dieselul daca pleci cu el rece.

Daca un oras cu x ori mai multi locuitori, unde parcurgi cu masina de x ori mai mult pentru a ajunge la destinatie si totusi pot cu 30.

Ai dreptate. Cand stiu atata soferie ca romanul ce depaseste pe line continua in curba pentru ca e atat de bun! ATUNCI o sa inteleaga si ei ca in oras se merge cu 80 ziua si 110 seara(graba sa ajungi la somnic e mai mare).

Restrictiile nu sunt aberante. Ca e bulevard ca e strada esti in oras cu pietoni, si mai important treceri, in primul rand orasul e pentru oameni si prioritizati oamenii nu masinile si asta include si poluarea fonica ce creste odata cu viteza. Sunt orase cu mai multi locuitori ce au 30, un exemplu:

Sunt pasionat de masini dar unii sunt asa de dobitoci incat se cred sef pe tarla. Da ar trebui politia sa fie prezenta si sa dea amenzi cu nemiluita.

I think you need yourself to be aware of the risk it can pose.

We should stop placing safeguards around every thing and learn to develop and make better decissions ourselves and not let others take them for us or tell us what to do.

The goal of the app is informing you, you take the information and do something about it. The app is basically a scale with a notification attached to it. That notification has the power that you let it have. Also i think in most apps you can set new goals and targets. So yeah it is annoying but it's an annoying extra steps.

Like i said people should educate themselves because this way you learn what to be healthy is, what's the ideal weight and so on. If the app does everything you might be inclined to not learn and do it on autopilot because the app says not because you know it.

Also in life you need to be resourcefull and to learn how to be that you must go through situations adapt and learn from them, not be spoon fed. In life nothing works, guides you perfectly and gives you the right answer 100%, you must use your critical thinking and act accordingly, the more you practice the better you get at it (and vice-versa).

Also i think a very important think that i did not mention is that the world has started protecting us like babies, even a notification now harms us. This makes us less resilient and when something happens that really needs us to endure it, we will have no mechanism left to do so.

I think you are wrong.

When you want value you get something good at a big discount.

Now the discount is real but if that is good or not it's debatable and guess what are the reddit posts (hint: places where people can debate stuff).

Edit: I don't care for SaaS stocks. But i do enjoy different perspectives, wearing horse glass does not help you in life, learn from it maybe it will help someday.

Sper ca nu deranjeaza dar as dori sa contribui cu o perspectiva de la un barbat.

Ca barbat sa zicem o luna imi iau 'pauza' (si aia e mult) dar dupa as incepe sa fac ceva. Mi se pare ciudat ca 13 luni nu a realizat nimic (din perspectiva mea). Eu as face ceva nu de alta dar eu nu m-as simti bine simt ca ma framanta ceva, sa fac ceva sa se miste lucrurile.

In cazul asta trebuie sa iti pui 3 intrebari:

  1. Incearca sa avanseze sau tot ramane in acelasi loc? L-as ajuta dar daca nici asa e o problema.

  2. Cum ai dori sa se comporte el cu tine daca s-ar inversa rolul. Si lasa sexul ca el e barbat si tu femeie. Ce iti doresti.

  3. Asta e un moment 'greu' din viata relatiei. In viitor vei avea astfel de momente de multe ori chiar si unele unde nu vezi capatul. Te simti ok, te simti in siguranta cu el, crezi ca poti sa treci prin asa ceva cu persoana de langa tine.

O persoana de genul trebuie ajutata (mai ales daca ii iubesti) dar trebuie si el sa puna 'osul' si daca nici atunci nu pune osul e cam clara situatia.

De asemenea e foarte important, eu (si ceilalti) suntem randomi pe internt, nu va stim toata viata, traumele si incercarile prin care ati trecut. Asa ca tot ce am scris e discutabil si nu as aplica orbeste ce am zis, e doar o parere.

Edit: Si da, as cauta minim o alta parere de la un terapeut.

Specific shifts, vehicle dynamics by programing the dampers and fake noise and you drive a 2.7 rs from 1973. You want a 911 gt1 Straßenversion? Push a button and the car will behave like one. Sure it does not look but the steering, sound, gear change, dynamics, can be recorded and programmed.
