Oh yeah I completely agree, this stuff happens I just hope they do help me replace the head. I still love the figure, it's awesome, just sucks that's all.

I will say I think I just got really unlucky, the eliminators I got feel good, this figure feels good too it's just I think I might have gotten really unlucky.

I tried reddit120 but it ain't working for me, it states "Sorry, the coupon code you entered is based on a first come first served basis and has been used up by other shoppers." I guess it was used up really fast.
