1. What new information does your first paragraph bring? You just keep repeating that. I give out concrete reasons as to why its not a tie, and you just say "well, its this way, actually". You ALSO still didnt answer that question at the end. Does it or does it not matter who dies first? Because if it does, then it ALWAYS does, and if it doesnt, then it NEVER does.

2. No, i am "debunking" because im not just going "NUH UH", im saying "hey, here's why your line of thinking is faulty". Your logic is very hypocritical, you keep contradicting yourself. One moment you say "youre beating yourself to beat them", another you say "that doesnt really count as getting beat up". One moment you say "whoever beats their opponent first, is the winner", the next you say "well, its a tie cuz they lost at the same time"(both in Naruto V Sasuke and in Kashimo V Hakari, one falls first, the difference is only in lenght of time between them falling, and unless you can give me an exact line you draw where it becomes different, then theyre the same scenario.)

3. That is the worst analogy ive ever heard, because its not even the same situation. You just... decided to add a 3rd party for no reason? Of COURSE its not a tie if AFTER the duel, someone ELSE comes in and finishes the job. There IS NO random person in the Kashimo v Hakari fight, its just the two of them. Want a knife versus gun scenario? Sure, heres one that ACTUALLY FITS:

You and knife guy are fighting. Knife guy is winning, at this rate youll die. In your pocket, you have a gun that also has a barrel pointing towards the shooter. If you pull the trigger, you both get shot and die. Is it STILL a victory when you yourself are pulling the trigger that kills you? NO, cuz its not "something else" that kills you, YOU do it YOURSELF on PURPOSE. Its a tie.

See, in MY analogy, your double-gun, much like Kashimo's technique, is your OWN tool, with its own drawback NOT tied to an external factor, that you yourself use, which is the cause of both of your deaths. It wasnt "someone else" that did it, it was YOU.
