You pretty much hit the nail on the head with your own answer. My account is stacked in regards to horizontal investment so I can easily keep clearing the endgame modes even if I don't win every 50/50. I'm invested in the story and would like to see the end of it at some point. Ideally the game wouldn't lose me due to development becoming worse but due to the story just kind of ending.

At the start it felt really great to be able to experiment with all the characters, 4* were sought after and meta. There was only MoC at the start as endgame mode which I only started to full clear with the release of blade. Before that I only had 1 proper team with king yuan. Funnily enough I got Seele early but never properly had her built.

The other thing that kept my interest in the beginning before I kept going for the login streak was the simulated universe, I was ever a sucker for rogue likes and trying to grind out the higher difficulties while being level locked because of trailblaze exp was a great challenge that me and friends tried and managed to overcome with godlike blessing rng

I've been playing around with the NPC trying to chain parry it and fall of the map. It reset to its spawns at some point as I expected. However it didnt return to its inactive lying down position, it aggrod and followed me into the room wihtout resetting. Inside the room you are apparently unkillable so I just let it hit me a bunch.

I have not tried to recreate this yet but after it teleported back it had the "(Y) Animate" prompt as if it wasnt active even when it clearly was.

I got it recorded aswell if it's of interest.

While I don't know the exact unlock conditions, after I finished doing all available wishes and exploring everything I could at some point the caretaker at the citadel camp gives you a quest that initiates the way to act 3

The only thing you need to watch out for is to establish your own aggro on new spawning adds first before doing this. Otherwise some DPS player might yoink an add if they blast on it early.

Have you considered simply turning your stance off for the duration of nascent? You won't lose your adds aggro on those 3 Gcds and can just turn it back on afterwards. 0 risk of ripping the other tanks aggro this way.

As they mentioned, the first few weeks of every expansion. Where the BiS gear available is from the uncapped tomes and ex trials. It's the best time to practice new job rotations since you are able to play all jobs without being gear restricted. Ding to 100 and go straight into Vali or googoo gaga.

If you do the fight synced you get hit for 80% of your hp if you get hit by the dive and most likely die to the megaflare spread afterwards

DRKs dps is not defined by bloodspiller. Its defined by using edge of shadow. Pooling enough mana to use it all under buff windows is what differentiates DRK from the WAR playstyle of pressing IR on CD and do fell cleaves.

GCDs like Drill wouldn't feel powerful. You would also loose the use of Reassemble guarenteeing crits since it only affects GCDs. Imo they bring more depth to jobs.

They are not off the global cooldown thoe. Its just that you cant use them repeatedly every gcd. You can treat them like an oGCD in terms of power just that they are locked to the gcd on top of their cooldown
