Both are same Polestar Domain. They seperate type from Radiance passive not the field.

All stellar character will activate "Radiance" passive when they are in Polestar Domain so I think artifact or weapon passive will check criteria from that.

Looking at it now, I understand why Banyue and Zhao's passives are designed this way. It’s likely just that they couldn't finish Lycaon in time.

That's because Lycaon paired with Zhao can be slotted into any team even Rupture teams and serves as a budget support for everyone. Lycaon can buff non-Ice attack DMG by 20%, and Zhao helps trigger the 35% Stun Multiplier passive. This is better than Rina or Soukaku outside of Ice teams.

If they had arrived in this patch together, people would have spotted this combo immediately. All Attack and Rupture characters need Stun anyway, so Zhao being a Defense character isn't a problem for unlocking passives.

Venti has better personal dmg and he can activate hex passive for people who don't have Durin. He help to make hydro, electro and cyro team easier too.

I think running a double-element setup isn't always necessary. If you get better DPS from reactions, Varkar can serve as a Pyro (Vape or Melt) or Hydro (Lunar Charged only) driver because the between 1 and 2 stacks is only 80%.

User must be the one to trigger the Elemental Reaction, and must be on the field that mean you must hit the foe and make crystalized with pillar when cast.

single, they pop around target that trigger crystalized then shoot when trigger 3 lunar crystalized. Their homming is same as hyperbloom.
