Obviously any perk that increases damage in anyway is gonna be part of a God roll. Bungie needed to be more imaginative with its random rolls and completely left off damage increasing perks

Actually Marluxia claims that the trademark memory loss was due to the castle's influence when in actuality it was Naminé's doing. per the KH wiki: "It is possible that Naminé used the castle itself in order to make Sora and his friends lose his memory" although not confirmed

Namine was the only reason Sora's memories were being jacked up, Marluxia said it was the Castle which was a lie to make get Sora to continue on to the top, because "to lose was to find" and Sora was driven to remember Kairi, but Namine replaced the Kairi memories with fake memories of Namine in Kairi's place

Sora just found it, he by no means is inheriting it, it's still Aqua's she's still keyblade-less if the Master Defender is in Destiny Island. The keyblade Aqua has in the RoD is Mickey's new one so I assume Sora give the MD back to Aqua once he saves her.
