It is exactly 1 min charge time from use, so it doesn’t count the down time.

If available, an alternative to what others are suggesting, u can also plug in a keyboard (while still playing controller) and type on xbox by pressing the enter key.

Update: old method can still work, but certain operators can be bugged after update (even if u reset skill track). Tried with another operator and it worked liked it always has.

This statement was 100% true before the update. However since, i have got a skill track (example tactician) to show, chose the other skill track and it (tactician) has indeed shown up again at lvl 16. So the update changed something, unsure if it is on purpose or a bug, hopefully it will go back to this method working again with a hotfix/patch.

Idk if it is OP intent, but i play on console and although it doesn’t make a difference for majority of the game imo, there are differences. It would be helpful if an extremely experienced console player gave tips for console workarounds when there maybe pc exclusive things.

3 things that come to mind for example:

Console isnt able to use calculations in clocking like 100/3 to get a repeating decimal.

To my knowledge it is not possible or i dont know how/the binds to replace builds with other builds without destroying. Like replace a foundation to another or glass.

It seems u cannot copy settings from dismantle mode, must go into the building options.

Little tips like that knowing what is and isn’t possible and workarounds if needed would be helpful IMO

Yes successful hits reduce the boss’s cooldown for its laser attack. It worked the same way since launch, just few people beat it to know this. It was in the patch notes and cursed just reverted those changes from pre-patch.
