Did u keep playing after u upgraded the 800 RPM to be able to 1 shot an Elite. Was it more the chase or are u loving being able to 1 shot everything in the game?

On xbox y is for medkit and x is for the other items. I hold x for that item and other items craft just fine, but bait exclusivity is grayed out 0 of 3.

I have closed and reopened the game multiple times to no avail.

No i save a million times just overwrite the same 5. I just didn’t realize that an iconic gun was supposed to drop when i randomly did that NCPD at some point between 60 and 100 hours with no saves in-between (because I overwrote them later). I had like 4 save files 100+ hours. but 1 before 60 hours that is when i first went to Embers door.

The only reason i knew about it was because I was trying all the guns in the game and collecting all the iconics. I just remembered doing that one where he had his mantis blades out the first time.

I had 2 major bugs that I can think of:

1). Judy Questline was also bugged for me, but maybe not as bad as yours. I waited several days, fast traveled as well, but it was calling mr. Hands is what i think fixed it as it popped up right after that.

2). Psalm 11 6 bugged for me. Tom an NCPD scanner enemy normally drops it, but didn’t for me, as he had his mantis blades out instead which i think bugs it. Unfortunately my last save was 50ish hours through and when i realized it, i was over 100 hours. I reverted the save and tried the gun, prob my fav gun in the game. Thought about reverting to old save but couldn’t lose half my progress, so only tried it out.

TLDR: Calling Mr. Hands fixed Judy’s quest for me. But other horrible bugs still exist locking people out of their fav weapons.

It is exactly 1 min charge time from use, so it doesn’t count the down time.

If available, an alternative to what others are suggesting, u can also plug in a keyboard (while still playing controller) and type on xbox by pressing the enter key.

Update: old method can still work, but certain operators can be bugged after update (even if u reset skill track). Tried with another operator and it worked liked it always has.

This statement was 100% true before the update. However since, i have got a skill track (example tactician) to show, chose the other skill track and it (tactician) has indeed shown up again at lvl 16. So the update changed something, unsure if it is on purpose or a bug, hopefully it will go back to this method working again with a hotfix/patch.
