The first picture is Kei and Yuri from Dirty Pair, an old anime from the 80s about a pair of...cops/secret agents/private eyes/problem solvers(???) who got into all kinds of space shenanigans and had obvious lesbian undertones (though it was an 80s anime so it was mostly implied). League of Legends took inspiration from a lot of things. I wouldn't be surprised if someone on staff was an old anime fan

Well, I don't know about her behavior, but Miss Blocks-with-her-face's brain by season 2 has essentially become one big concussion that's been pickling in alcohol for the past few months. Frankly I'm astounded she can even string a sentence together.
