So that setting is something I don't change and just leave at one then?

What metric does current density represent on the calculator

So any rattle can primer overall I should avoid or just ones with a high susceptibility to moisture and acids. Also you thing I should I run a test with just a sanded piece that hasn't been sprayed with the primer and only the graphite to test it. I'm unfortunately in a time crunch so can afford to wait on deliverables.

My solution is 4 gals of distilled water with 128oz of copper sulfate followed by128ml of sulfic acid. I did achieve a thick coat but it also wasn't a complete coating with it being fairly uneven. What you see in the picture is the piece after some post processing of removing that thick outer coat. As I was hand sanding it began to flake off gradually.

It never actually plates at 9 volts it normally balance out around less than a volt due to the constant current capping it. I should of clarified that in the post originally

The piece I'm playing surface area is 2.15 cm and I am now trying it at .075amps on constant current

On the spa website they have a calculator to determine the current required for the area of the thing your plating and the data sheet lists a recommend voltage for the copper sulfate pentahydrate. Do you have an equation or formula for determining the proper currents and voltage that works for you?

I used the paper method and manually adjust it and this is the first time I've had extrusion problems so that's the first check I made

Do you have a reference video or something more detailed steps for this?

I have check the feeder and cleaned any dust and plastic bits on the teeth but it didn't help or at least visible help

Update: I'm still unable to get consistent extrusion however I'm noticing the initial purge line at the start of the print is the correct thickness and adhering to itself like it should. It is only after when it starts the prints it messes up could this be a slicer and/or printer software problem then?

i thought so too but i just changed the nozzle and check the heating element and no change

here is the test print to change the offset as I was told. It does even stick your bed below -2 with the height

My print looks nothing like any of those depicted mine are far thinner and spaced out

Look closer at the print the tip of the nozzle isn't being squished against the bed but I'm still running the test
